InvoiceDen

Privacy Policy

InvoiceDen is designed to run without accounts and without server-side storage of your invoice or quote contents.

What we store

  • Drafts you save are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on this device.
  • Your logo upload is kept locally and may be included in drafts you save.

Operational telemetry

  • We receive minimal operational logs (event name, page path, and small diagnostic context).
  • These logs do not include invoice/quote content, line items, notes, or uploaded images.
  • Logging is rate-limited and used for reliability/debugging.

What we do not store

  • No invoice/quote content is uploaded to our servers by default.
  • No account, email, or payment details are required for the default local-only workflow. An account is only needed for optional paid cloud features.

PDF generation

PDFs are generated in your browser when you click Download PDF. This means document content stays on your device.

Clearing drafts

Clearing site data or browser storage will remove locally saved drafts.

How InvoiceDen handles document content

InvoiceDen is designed so everyday invoice and quote creation can happen directly in your browser. The text you type into a document, including client names, line items, notes, taxes, and payment terms, is used to render the preview and generate the PDF. By default, that document content is not uploaded to InvoiceDen servers.

Browser storage is controlled by your device and browser. If you save a draft, clear site data, change browsers, use a private window, or remove browser storage, local drafts may no longer be available. Export backups if you need to keep copies outside the browser.

Service providers and payments

InvoiceDen may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, and reliability monitoring. These services process limited operational data needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and manage paid plans. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in local invoice drafts.
