What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 10 PDF exports per day, access to 2 basic templates (Modern and Minimal), local draft saving in your browser, and browser-based PDF generation with an InvoiceDen watermark. Cloud storage and dashboard access start on paid plans.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the free plan without creating an account. We only ask for an email if you want paid features such as cloud storage or dashboard access.
How do payments work?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. You can choose between monthly billing or annual billing (coming soon with a discount).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll automatically be moved to the free plan with its limitations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Professional or Business at any time. If you're on Professional, you can upgrade to Business. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Free-plan documents are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers by default. If you use paid cloud features, stored documents are transmitted and kept securely, and we do not share your data with third parties.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
